Recent In-Service Activities
Malaika Foundation Seminar in Kearney, Nebraska, February 25, 2008. Dr. Roger Butters, President of the Council presented "International Trade and a Global Perspective in the Classroom".
The University of Nebraska - Lincoln Center sponsored an in-service seminar at Southeast High School on January 31, 2008. Topics discussed included Is Capitalism Good for the Poor?, how the Council can help, and a question and answer period on effective ways to teach difficult economic concepts.
